What you receive
rviv Studio is a digital service. There is nothing to ship: you receive finished video, audio or image files inside your account, and you download them from there.
When you receive it
Credits are added to your balance immediately on successful payment. A project starts rendering as soon as you approve it and is normally ready within a few minutes — most Auto Edit videos finish in under five. Longer videos, higher output resolutions and AI features take longer. The project page shows live progress while it renders and notifies you when it is ready.
If it takes longer
If a render has not completed within 60 minutes, something has gone wrong on our side. You are not charged for a render that fails — the credits return to your balance automatically. Email support@rviv.in with the project link and we will re-run it.
Access to your files
Finished projects stay in your account and can be downloaded any time while your account is open. Download links are generated fresh each time, so an old link expiring never means a lost file.
No physical goods
We do not ship physical items, so no delivery address, courier or shipping charge applies to any order.
