What we collect
Your name and email (if given), your WhatsApp number (for sign-in and delivery), the topics/scripts/files you submit, and the finished projects we generate. Basic technical logs keep the service reliable.
What we do with it
We use your data only to run the service: making your projects, delivering them, charging credits correctly and providing support. We do not sell your data, ever.
Processors we rely on
Your data touches the infrastructure that powers the product: our database and storage (Supabase), our render server, and AI providers that process the specific content of a project you request (script, voice, visuals). Each receives only what your project needs.
We message you on WhatsApp only for sign-in codes and the deliveries you asked for. No marketing without your explicit opt-in.
Your voice & face
Voice samples and uploaded footage are used only to make your finished projects. Your voice clone is private to your account and deleted on replacement or account deletion.
Retention & deletion
You can delete your projects anytime. Deleting your account removes your profile, credits ledger, files and voice clone within 30 days. Email us at support@rviv.in for deletion requests.
Where data lives
Primary data is stored in the Asia-Pacific region (Mumbai) where available.
