Refund & Cancellation Policy

The core promise
You never pay for a failed render. Credits are held when you submit and refunded automatically — enforced by our billing system itself, not by a support queue.
You are billed for what was produced
In the studios priced per minute, you are charged on the finished video's or audio clip's actual duration — if it comes out shorter than estimated, the difference returns to your balance automatically. In Auto Edit, you are charged for the AI features you approved: anything that did not make it into the finished video (a generated image the model never delivered, a cutaway that could not be fetched) is refunded to your balance without you asking.
Retries
If a render hits a snag, we retry it once automatically at no extra cost. If it fails again, the full hold is refunded.
Quality issues
If a delivered project is defective (broken video, audio clip or image), contact support@rviv.in within 7 days with its link — we'll re-render it or refund the credits.
Purchased credits
Credit purchases are refundable within 7 days if unused, minus payment-gateway charges. Free/bonus credits have no cash value.
Taste is not a defect
Refunds cover technical failures. If a video works but you'd phrase it differently, edit the script and render again — that's what the per-video pricing is for.
Free accounts
Accounts that have never bought credits render videos up to 2 minutes, and their exports carry a small rviv watermark. Both limits lift on your first credit purchase, of any size.
